Some Christmas cards

Smack dab in the middle of Christmas craft sales.    I'm struggling to keep up my card supply.  This post is about some of the cards I've made up.

I wanted to use tulle on a card and I'm very happy with how it looks.   The inside layer of DSP is retired.  The vintage faceted buttons definitely add a nice touch to the vintage looking card.

SUPPLIES:

Paper:   crumb cake, very vanilla, Deck the Halls DSP (retired)
Ink:   cherry cobbler
Stamps:  Ornament Keepsakes
Accessories:  big shot, framed tulips embossing folder, holiday ornaments framelits, cherry cobbler tulle, linen thread, vintage faceted buttons, basic pearls

I had been seeing samples of cards with folded Christmas trees and really wanted to give it a try.   Cute!

SUPPLIES:

Paper:   cherry cobbler, champagne glimmer paper, very vanilla, crumb cake, early espresso core-dination, Be of Good Cheer DSP
Ink:   black stazon
Stamps:   More Merry Messages
Accessories:   big shot, holiday collection framelits (for the star), apothecary accents framelits, woodgrain embossing folder, scallop squares duo die, scallop oval punch.

This is a complete CASE of Patty Bennett.   Check out her blog here.   I was so excited to see her card using the Daydream Medallions set as a wreath!   Colouring rhinestones with a sharpie works so well for the bling on this card.

SUPPLIES:

Paper:  raspberry ripple, whisper white, Deck the Halls DSP (retired)
Ink:  raspberry ripple, old olive
Stamps:  Daydream Medallions, More Merry Messages
Accessories:   big shot, floral frames framelites, 1 3/4" circle punch, decorative label punch, word window punch, bird builder punch, basic rhinestones, sharpie pens, raspberry ripple stitched ribbon.

Thanks for stopping by.
